Bear River Veterinary Clinic Payment Policy
Effective October 2019

At Bear River Veterinary Clinic our mission is to strive to provide the highest quality care to our patients while serving our clients with compassion and professionalism.

We continue to offer exceptional care to our patients and serve our clients with a well equipped, properly staffed facility only if we receive prompt payment for our services and products.

Our specialty is animal medicine, not financial lending. With that in mind, please read the following payment policy. 

Full payment is due at the time of service or when inventory items are dispensed. Bear River Veterinary Clinic will not extend credit for services or products. Payment options include cash, check, credit or debit card, third party vendor or even payment from a family member. After hours emergencies must be paid in full before patient is seen.

We offer Care Credit and Scratch Pay  to assist you with your financial needs. We are happy to lend assistance while applying for these third party vendors, however, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to apply and obtain sufficient credit for upcoming pet care needs.

If you are concerned about your ability to financially care for your pet, you might also consider purchasing a pet insurance policy. You may also prepay our hospital for future pet care.
